Karen has spent her life with horses, developing a deep sensitivity to their emotional, physical, and energetic worlds. This lifelong connection led her to train as a Professional Equine Coach, Integrated Health Practitioner, and Transformational Coach for both people and horses.
With over forty five years of experience across Healthcare, Complementary Therapies, Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Bodywork, Shamanic practice, and Trauma‑Informed Equine Coaching, Karen offers Embodied Integrative Healing—a holistic approach that honours the relationship between mind, body, spirit, and the subtle field shared between humans and animals.
Karen’s work is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and authentic connection. She helps people and horses restore balance, calm, and emotional clarity, supporting improved physical and emotional wellbeing. Her practice reflects the belief that healing is relational, intuitive, and deeply embodied, and that true wellbeing emerges when we listen with presence to ourselves, our bodies, and the animals beside us.
Ethics
Karen follows the strict codes of practice of her professional organisations. She works with the minimum number of sessions necessary and will always be honest if another approach may better serve your needs. A parent or guardian must accompany all clients under eighteen.
