Learn a simple meditation technique with Karen that will help you to experience a mindful way of being. If practiced on a regular basis you will experience a way of being that support you in being able to feel calmer, more centered and grounded in a mindful way in all that you do each day.

This is a very easy technique to learn and is one that Karen has taught since the 1990s to hundreds of NHS Staff and patients to relieve assist in the relief of extreme stress and anxiety.

The methods that are taught are NOT aligned with any religion or culture. The technique that you can learn is one that is evidence-based and works in alignment with the codes of ethics to which that Karen is professionally allied.

Meditation can act as a tool that works to improve your connection with yourself and the animal and nature world that supports our health and wellbeing.

Learning to meditate in the presence of your horse can enhance your relationship and sense of connection.

Karen teaches the meditation on a 1;1 basis or in small groups by request.
